Welcome to SGPL's self-reservation system. All rooms are located at the Centre Branch, 35-Fifth Ave. Please note: Noise levels in the Library and the neighbouring rooms can vary, and the rooms are not sound-proof. We can not guarantee silence.
Instructions: The green slots are available to reserve.
1. Click on the START time.
2. Adjust the END time using the POP-UP menu below the grid (appears once you select a start time)
3. Press "Submit Times" and accept the TERMS and CONDITIONS.
4. Fill in the details and click "Submit my Booking"
You will receive a confirmation email once the request is submitted and a reminder email 24 hours before the reservation.
To cancel a reservation, please use the link included in the confirmation email or call customer service.
Cost: $20.00 per hour, per room, payable on the day of the reservation. Please check in with the front desk. (Note: Room A&B combined is 2 rooms and rents at $40/hour)
Availability is limited to 6 weeks in advance and is subject to change. For large events (15+ people), please call to confirm sufficient furniture and/or equipment.
