Winter Solstice Celebration In-Person
Enjoy listening to Indigenous stories under a night sky. Winter is a time to tell stories around a fire and welcome the Winter Solstice. Cookies and hot chocolate will be provided before the story time.
The performance will be held in a dark lit room and may be scary to some audiences.
- Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver within the library (i.e., on the premises).
- *This event takes place after library hours, therefore regular library services will be unavailable.
This program is in partnership with Skydancer Indigenous Cultural Centre.
We cannot guarantee that food served at this program has not come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, or other allergens. Please bring your own food to enjoy if there are any severe allergies or dietary restriction
