Waterbending Class In-Person

Tai chi is the inspiration for water bending moves from Avatar the Last Airbender. Join us to learn the basic movements.

Please wear comfortable clothing.

All exercise programs involve a risk of injury.  The following guidelines will help you reduce the risk of injury:

•    Do not hold your breath or strain.
•    Work gently, respecting your body’s abilities and limits.
•    Don’t perform movements that are painful.
