What is the Teen Advisory Council of Spruce Grove Public Library?

The Teen Advisory Council of SGPL (TACOS) is a diverse and inclusive group of teens from across the Spruce Grove community who want to make the library better for themselves and for other teens. The library offers a space for the teens to be able to share their ideas about the library’s teen programs, services, and collections with one of the library staff members.

 What do TACOS members do?

  • Advise on programs, services, and collections.
  • Meet once every month in person from 4-5pm (February 23, April 26 and May 31, 2024).
  • Volunteer/assist with future programs or special events.
  • Promotes the library as a great place to be.
