Indigenous Story Telling

Indigenous Story Telling In-Person

Story telling is an important way to learn about Indigenous communities. This program was created to honour Indigenous cultures and to promote intercultural understanding and communication between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples. Join Knowledge Keeper Barbara Scott for a fun, interactive story telling with songs, and puppets.

Every Friday from January 19-May 17, 2024*

*no program on Friday March 22 and 29 for spring break

 

2-6 years with caregivers (siblings and friends are welcome)

FREE, In-person, Drop-in

In the Program Room

 

Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver within the library (i.e., on the premises).

Caregivers/Guardians are welcomed and encouraged to stay for the program.
