• Please note that this program will be held in-person after regular open hours at the Spruce Grove Public Library.
• Caregivers/guardians may stay for the program duration, if preferred.
• Bring your own protective goggles and Nerf blasters. (dart type only, no high-impact Nerf spherical rounds/balls) and a water bottle (you will get thirsty!).

WAIVER
The Nerf Battle Royale program will be taking place from 6:30-7:30pm on the Last Friday of the month. Parents/Guardians are welcomed and encouraged to stay for the program, but are not required.

I hereby give permission for (attendee's name) to attend the Nerf Battle Royale at the Spruce Grove Public Library after regular service hours. I understand that the program will take place in throughout the library space and that the rest of the library services will not be accessible during that time.  

I accept that program participants will treat all property/equipment with respect or I may be held responsible for any damages. I will be responsible for personal Nerf equipment & guns (dart type only, no spherical rounds) brought from home and will treat all attendees and library staff with courtesy and respect or I may be asked to leave the program. 

I acknowledge that I will need to have transportation for this attendee arranged for the end of the program ahead of time. I agree to accept responsibility for any risks that may occur during this program.
